Qualifications Required
Candidates must have at least an upper second class degree in Property Development and Estate Management. In addition, the candidates should hold at least a Master’s Degree or MPhil in Property Studies or Construction Project Management. A PhD in Property Studies or Construction Project Management, and/ or registration with a professional body will be an added advantage.
